Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

RamyarCompany is an online system for running a business: sales, purchases, stock, accounting, employees and the other apps a company chooses. In this policy, "we" means the team that runs RamyarCompany, and "you" means the person who uses it and the company they work for.

2. What we collect

Account details: your name, e-mail, phone number and your company's details from the sign-up.

The data your company enters: for example customers, suppliers, products, sales, payments and employees.

Technical details: your IP address, browser, sign-in times and the security log, to keep accounts safe.

Payment details of your subscription: the order, the amount and the payment reference. Card numbers are handled by the payment company and are not saved by us.

3. Why we use it

To run the system for you, to keep it safe, to make your invoices, to answer your support questions, to send the messages your company switched on, and to follow the law. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Your company's data is yours

Each company sees only its own data. Our team opens a company's data only when you ask for help, to keep the system safe, or when the law requires it — and these visits are written in the log.

5. Who else sees it

Only the companies that help us run the service, and only what they need: the server and backup provider, the e-mail, SMS and WhatsApp providers, and the payment companies. When the law requires it, we may have to give information to the authorities.

6. Messages to your customers

When your company uses WhatsApp & SMS, your company decides which messages its customers get. A customer who does not want messages can tell the company, and their number is blocked for all messages.

7. How we protect it

The connection is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are saved only as a hash, sensitive numbers are encrypted in the database, the data is backed up every day, managers can use two-step sign-in, and important actions are written in an audit log.

8. How long we keep it

As long as your account is active. When a company closes its account, its data is deleted within 90 days. Copies inside backups disappear when those backups expire, and records the law asks us to keep are kept as long as the law says.

9. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information: write to the support e-mail on our home page. A company's administrator can export the company's data from the system at any time.

10. Cookies

We use only the cookies the system needs: to keep you signed in, to remember your language and theme, and for security. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

11. Children

RamyarCompany is a system for businesses and is not meant for children under 18.

12. Changes to this policy

We may change this policy. The date at the top shows the last change. Important changes are announced in the system before they apply.
