Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and RamyarCompany for using the system. Please read them before you sign up. Questions: the support e-mail on our home page.
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using RamyarCompany, you agree to these terms. If you use it for a company, you confirm that you may act for that company.
2. The service
RamyarCompany is an online system. Your company chooses its apps in the store. We keep improving the system and may change, add or retire features; we tell you before a change that takes away something you pay for.
3. Your account
Keep your password secret and switch on two-step sign-in for managers. You are responsible for what is done with your account and your company's users. If you think someone used your account, tell us at once at the support e-mail on our home page.
4. Free trial and payment
New companies may try the apps free for the trial days shown at sign-up. After that, the apps, users and plans you keep are paid as shown in the store, before each period. Prices may change for the next period, never for one already paid. Payments are not refunded, unless the law requires it or we agree in writing.
5. Your data
Your company's data belongs to your company. You allow us to store and process it only to run the service for you. You are responsible for what you enter, and for having the right to enter it — for example your customers' phone numbers for messages.
6. Fair use
Do not use RamyarCompany for anything illegal, do not try to get around its security or see other companies' data, do not overload it on purpose, and do not resell it without our written agreement.
7. WhatsApp and SMS
Send messages only to your own customers, follow the rules of WhatsApp (Meta) and the law, and stop when a customer asks. We may pause sending when messages are misused, and extra messages cannot be exchanged for money.
8. Availability and backups
We work to keep RamyarCompany available every day and we back up the data daily, but we cannot promise that the service will never be interrupted. Keep your own exports of the data that is most important to you.
9. Ending the service
You can stop at any time. We may pause an account that is not paid or that breaks these terms, after a warning — at once in serious cases such as attacks or fraud. After an account ends, its administrator can still export the data for 30 days; then the data is deleted.
10. Liability
As far as the law allows, the system is provided as it is, and we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit. Our total responsibility is limited to what your company paid us in the last 3 months.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We announce important changes in the system before they apply. Using RamyarCompany after that means you accept the new terms.
12. Law
These terms follow the laws of the Kurdistan Region and of Iraq. We first try to solve any disagreement together; otherwise the courts of Erbil decide.
